Big Mountain Little Shuttle – Policies & Terms

  1. Scope of Services

Big Mountain Little Shuttle offers transportation throughout the Okanagan Valley, including:

  • Ski shuttles
  • Private airport transfers
  • Corporate transportation
  1. Making a Reservation
  • Choose “Book Airport Shuttle” or “Book Ski Shuttle.”
  • Please include flight number, time and date or pick up location, and provide any relevant notes.
  • Confirmed pick-up times will be sent by text or email two days prior to your reservation.
  • If not received, or for same-day reservations, contact us directly at 1-778-392-6390 or email bigmountainlittleshuttle2022@gmail.com.
  1. Types of Transfers

Private Transfers

  • All transfers are private unless two groups are going to the same destination at the same time and mutually agree to share the service.
  • Guests must promptly notify Big Mountain Little Shuttle of any travel delays or missed connections.
  • Every effort will be made to reschedule your transfer.
  • If the driver is already dispatched/arrived, additional charges may apply.
  • A 15% gratuity charge is added for all ski transfers of six or more people.
  1. Liability Disclaimer
  • We aim for on-time service but are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, accidents, or road closures.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service for disruptive or unruly behaviour. Ejected guests must arrange and pay for their own alternative transportation; no refund will be given.
  • We are not responsible for travel disruptions (flights, cruises, cancellations, etc.) causing missed shuttles. We will try to reschedule you, but no refunds are available if you choose other arrangements.
  • Big Mountain Little Shuttle is not responsible for expenses resulting from delayed travel.
  • By booking, you agree to hold Big Mountain Little Shuttle and its staff harmless for any damages, negligence or losses.
  • For private transfers delayed more than 60 minutes from scheduled pick-up, a fee of $50 per each additional 30 minutes may be charged.
  1. Payment & Cancellations
  • Reservations are confirmed with a deposit or full payment via our booking system (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or by phone.
  • Private events/corporate/ ski shuttles: Cancel 7+ days in advance for a full refund. Within 7 days, partial refund and no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup.
  • Airport transfers are paid at time of booking and are non-refundable.
  • An 18% gratuity is added to all corporate and wedding shuttles.
  • For discounted or promotional bookings, payment is taken in full and sales are final (no refunds).
  • For group bookings of over 24 guests, bookings become final 30 days before travel (no refunds after this point).
  • Rates may change based on availability.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • No alcohol consumption or opening of alcohol containers allowed in vehicles (per provincial law).
  • No smoking or vaping in vehicles.
  • Spills or damages will incur a $500 clean-up fee charged to the reservation cardholder.
  • Disruptive guests may be removed; no refund will be provided.
  1. Pet & Child Policy
  • Pets are not allowed unless in a crate (exception: certified service animals—please contact us ahead).
  • Child safety seats are available. Request at booking or contact us directly.
  1. Lost Property
  • Drivers will make every effort to ensure baggage and belongings are returned at drop-off.
  • We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Return visits for left items incur an additional fee.
  1. Vehicles & Service Changes
  • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles (make, model, capacity) as needed due to unforeseen circumstances.
